It’s clear, and observed, that through Bible Study we recognize the mission of Jesus Christ and His ministry, as He shared and taught disciples on the things concerning God. Herein, we at Mt. Pleasant will fulfill the guidance of Christ, and through His example and Apostle Paul, by offering Christian Education on a number of levels or venues to adhere to his word.
The Evangelism & Outreach Ministries’ primary goal is to support Christ’s mandate to “go and make disciples.” This is accomplished in several ways here at the Mt. Pleasant Church. Transportation, Hospitality, Prison outreach, Ushers, Veterans, and Security are some of the ministries you can connect with to share the love of Jesus Christ. Jesus said “and this Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come. Matthew 24:14… Likewise, He said “I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.” Matthew 25:36
The Music and & Fine Arts Ministries exalt the Lord in song, dance and drama. Yes, Praise is what we do!!! We’re always looking for individuals who love Jesus to come and be a part of this ministry in our Church. We have various music teams: The Sanctuary Choir, Pleasant Sound, Male Chorus, Next Generation (Young Adults) and our children (God’s Little Angels). I will bless the Lord at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. Psalms 34:1
The children, youth and collegiate segment of service at the Mt. Pleasant Church of Orlando. This ministry is innovative in the Biblical devotion, development, and discipleship of Millennials and Generation Z for God’s Kingdom.
