The Health Awareness Team at Mt. Pleasant are sponsoring a Health Fair on Saturday September 23, 2023 from 9:00am-1:00pm. The following service will be offered Vital Signs, BMI screening, Mental Health information and more. Please come out and get information on improving your Health.
